tw: racism, people who refuse to accept hate crime
I don’t understand how the killing of Trayvon Martin is a hate crime. There was no racism behind the murder. If you don’t want to get shot, don’t go snooping around someone’s neighborhood. If he really wasn’t doing anything bad, why would he have ran away? The guy overreacted and shot him trying to defend his neighborhood, not because he was black.
